On the market since 2005, the Coolblok was created to provide focused solutions in the area of industrial and commercial refrigeration. Currently, it is a modern industrial company, engaged in the manufacture and marketing of modular shelving in aluminium and polypropylene, suitable for different types of storage.

Since their origin, Coolblok’s products have been combining quality to design and safety to accuracy, not forgetting the environmental concerns so important for the sustained development of a socially responsible company that intends to be a reference in its market.

In 2009 the Coolblok became part of the Purever Group, integrating itself into a solid national group specialized in insulation and conservation of the agro-food, hospitality and clean room sectors.

Result of the growth achieved in recent years, Coolblok has recently moved to new production facilities, with about 800 m2, in the district of Viseu, in the Industrial Area of Nelas.

To meet the increasing requirements of the HACCP standards, the Coolblok also made a step forward in obtaining NF certification, which guarantees the quality and safety of Coolblok’s products in terms of hygiene in storage and conservation.
