ELECTRICAL BOARDS
Coolblok Electrical Boards' line is the complete, innovative and flexible answer to the needs of refrigeration equipment users, produced with components from the best brands on the market.
Among numerous and advanced functions, the Coolblok Electrical Boards are characterized by:
- Control of alarm temperature and maximum and minimum temperatures;
- Defrosting time and/or temperature in real time;
- Possibility of connecting with temperature tele-monitoring and recording systems Carel PlantVisor-Pro / Plantwatch-Pro;
- HACCP in memory with date, hour, minutes and duration;
- Registration of critical points: alarm of high and low temperature and lack of energy;
- Output for auxiliary relay (e.g. alarm siren);
- Entry for port micro-switch.

Coolblok Boards are manufactured in Portugal, are mounted in a IP55 white metal box, dimensions 400 mm x 300 mm x 150 mm , with door and platine, coloured synoptic representing the refrigerating instalation, they are supplied with 12 pre-holes and their gray cable glands for cables passage, as well as two temperature probes (room and defrost). THEY DON'T HAVE DIFFERENTIAL PROTECTION.

Note: In the microprocessor there is a button (Aux.) that serves to connect the camera light and the sign that indicates the Aux. ON/OFF.
In all three-phase boards (MCT) there is an entry for micro-switch and probes at the terminal block that serves as a power switch, causing the microprocessor internally, as the contact is open or closed, the management of fans, electrical valve and lighting. In monophase boards (MCM) the connection of sensors and micro is done directly on the plate by the installer. The model MCM 050-150 CM is equipped with two simple 230 V mini-contactors (1 compressor + 1 resistor) and one 1P-6 Amp switch (microprocessor).
All these components ensure the installation control and proper operation, commanded by Carel digital microprocessor which, through the programming of various parameters, covers all the possible and different ways of work of any refrigeration plant.
